Ticket Policy

A deposit of 50% of the estimated ticket cost is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced via email after the event has been completed. You are responsible for the full cost of your trip. Failure to reimburse Clearview upon receipt of the invoice may result in a hold on services. Payment plans are available if needed. No holds will be placed on services as long as payments of $20 or more are being made monthly.

Outing Rules

1. Individuals that cancel or fail to show are still responsible for their ticket cost.
2. Individuals are responsible for being dropped off for outings at the set time and location listed.
3. Clearview does not pick up individuals for outings.
4. Clearview will return everyone home at the end of each outing.
5. Proper hygiene is required! Brushing teeth, showering, deodorant and clean clothes are expected.
6. Treat individuals and staff respectfully.
7. Set a good example while in the community.
8. No eating in the vans.
9. Keep hands and feet to yourself.
