Brandi ensures policies are followed, documentation is accurate, and staff are supported through required training and mentorship. She graduated from East Canton High School in 2013. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is being around the individuals, watching them grow, learn new skills, and experience new places together.

My Favorite part of Clearview is getting to experience the world with the individuals. It is hard to have a bad day when you are surrounded by such amazing people!

Payton Russell

Director of Day Services

Payton is the Director of Day Services at Clearview, where she oversees the day program calendar, payroll, billing, attendance, and in-home HPC services. A 2022 graduate of Sandy Valley High School, she plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting both staff and the people we serve.

The most rewarding part of her role is helping individuals prepare for community employment in a day program where they feel safe, supported, and welcomed each day. She values being part of moments that build confidence, independence, and opportunity, and enjoys seeing the impact that consistency and encouragement can make over time. She also enjoys participating in HPC outings, where participants can experience new places and create lasting memories. Outside of work, Payton enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and friends.

Carrigan Pahanish

Training Coordinator/DSP

Carrigan graduated from Sandy Valley High School in 2020, earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mount Union in 2024 with minors in Autism Studies and Sociology, and completed her Master of Education in School Psychology from Kent State University in 2025. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is the fun memories she gets to create with the individuals. When she is not at work, she enjoys hiking, painting, thrifting, spending time with friends and family, running, and drinking coffee.

Isabelle Westphal

ADS COORDINATOR

Isabelle oversees daily programming that supports engagement, structure, and purposeful routines for the individuals in the program. She graduated from Northmor High School in 2016 and earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2020 from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is getting to know each individual, learning what makes them who they are, and helping them feel supported and valued. Outside of work, she loves staying active, whether that means running, spending time outdoors, or simply enjoying movement.

Kylie Stillisano

Director of Marketing & Community Development

Kylie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University. Her favorite part of her work at Clearview is building friendships with individuals and helping them find new places to work out in the community. When she is not working, she enjoys Pilates, spending time with her husband, dogs, and preparing to become a new mom!

Kaitlyn Boron

DSP

Kaitlyn is a 2022 GlenOak High School graduate who supports individuals in building independence, confidence, and daily living skills. She brings warmth and curiosity into her work, focusing on creating real connections with each person she supports. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is building relationships with every client, learning their stories, and connecting with each person in their own unique way. Outside of work, family time is very important to her. She also helps coach the Royal Knights basketball team, plays basketball with friends, and enjoys coloring, cleaning, and binge-watching true crime documentaries.

 

Kait Long

DSP

Kait supports individuals through daily routines, community activities, and skill-building. She values helping people feel comfortable and confident in their day. Kait graduated from Fairless High School in 2023 and currently attends Walsh University, where she is double-majoring in psychology and sociology. Her favorite part of her job at Clearview is getting to know the individuals. Outside of work, she loves going on walks and thrifting.

Mariah Sleighter

Mariah supports individuals in building daily living skills, confidence, and independence. She brings encouragement and positive energy into her work. Mariah is a 2022 graduate from GlenOak High School. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is working with the individuals and seeing their growth. Outside of work, she enjoys singing and spending time with family and friends.

Mia Holt

DSP

Mia provides hands-on support with daily living, community engagement, and personal care. She graduated from Alliance High School in 2020. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mount Union in 2024, where she double-majored in Human Development and Family Science and Public Relations, with minors in Sociology, Peacebuilding, and Social Justice. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is helping individuals reach their goals. Outside her responsibilities at Clearview, she also works full-time as a Career Champion with high schools in Stark County. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, playing recreational sports, and traveling.

Roman Woods

DSP

Roman is a 2024 graduate of GlenOak High School. He supports individuals as they integrate into the community, building independence and confidence through everyday experiences. His favorite part of working at Clearview is working with the individuals. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and helping coach the Stark County Special Olympics team.

Summer Gronow

DSP

Summer supports individuals with daily activities, routines, and personal goals. She graduated from Louisville High School in 2022 and earned her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Kent State University in 2025, with a focus on Mild to Moderate and Moderate to Intensive needs. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is working with the individuals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Audrey Pahanish

DSP

Audrey supports and advocates for adults with disabilities in their day-to-day lives, whether at work, at home, or in the community. She graduated from Sandy Valley High School in 2023 and is currently attending Miami University, where she is studying Psychological Science and is expected to graduate in 2027. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is watching individuals make new friends and build meaningful relationships with both staff and their peers. When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, reading, trying new coffee shops, thrifting, and traveling.

Brianna Brewer

Brianna graduated from Louisville High School in 2017. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is helping individuals grow and seeing so many of them each day. When she is not at work, she enjoys being a mom.

Brittany DiMario

DSP

Brittany graduated from Perry High School in 2008 and earned her certificate in Dietary Management from the University of Akron in 2013. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is building relationships with the individuals, helping them reach goals in their day-to-day lives, and learning what they enjoy, from hobbies to sports teams. When she is not working at Clearview, she also works full-time as a special education paraprofessional at Louisville Elementary. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and friends, and much of her family time is spent at her son’s dirt bike races and practices

Corey Mcmullen

Corey graduated from Massillon High School in 2014. He supports individuals through hands-on learning and community engagement. His favorite part of working at Clearview is getting to go out and do fun things with the individuals. When he is not at work, he enjoys playing video games, basketball, pickleball, and watching Cavs games.

Dakota graduated from Louisville High School in 2016. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is interacting with individuals and helping them grow each day. When she is not at work, she enjoys being a mom.

Kaleigh Richmond

Kaleigh supports individuals through daily routines, work activities, transportation, safety, and community outings. She graduated from Alliance High School in 2020. She earned her degree from the University of Mount Union in 2024, where she double-majored in Biology and Spanish with a minor in Chemistry. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is meeting and interacting with all of the fantastic people. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, trying new local spots, and staying focused on her studies as she continues to grow her career by pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Walsh University.

Katy Bright

DSP

Katy is a Direct Support Professional who supports individuals in building independence and community engagement, while also taking on various day program support and coordination responsibilities. She earned her AAB in Marketing and Sales Technology from Stark State College in 2009, her bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management from Malone University in 2013, and her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University in 2016. She is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work with clinical specialization at Cleveland State University and is expected to graduate in 2027. Katy’s favorite part of working at Clearview is the people. She enjoys building meaningful relationships and being part of everyday moments that matter, while also being challenged to think creatively and problem-solve. Outside of work, Katy enjoys running and strength training, watching football, and spending time with her husband exploring new breweries, coffee shops, and places to travel. She also loves being at home with their three dogs, Otis, Olive, and Toad, and tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants.

Logan Glenny

Logan graduated from Canton South High School in 2020 and later attended Kent State University. He supports individuals through hands-on learning and daily activities as they work toward greater independence. His favorite part of working at Clearview is getting to know each individual and learning more about their hobbies, while helping them develop new skills. When he is not at work, he enjoys playing video games, spending time with his dogs, and volunteering with organizations that support his community.

Naomi Poling

DSP

Naomi supports individuals in building everyday skills such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing, while also encouraging individuality and independence. She graduated from Lake High School in 2022. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is seeing individuals flourish, reach new goals, grow in daily life and work skills, and build meaningful friendships with staff and peers. When she is not at work, she enjoys songwriting, painting and sketching, crocheting, practicing yoga, making jewelry, and spending time outside.

Noah Haught

DSP

Noah earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron in 2025. His favorite part of working at Clearview is seeing the individuals grow, both in their confidence and in their everyday lives. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with friends. In the winter, he loves snowboarding, and in the summer, he is all about water sports.

Taryn Treptow

DSP

Taryn is a Direct Support Professional who supports individuals through community outings, volunteering, and everyday activities. Her favorite part of working at Clearview is getting out into the community with the individuals and volunteering together, knowing they are helping people in need. She also loves the connections she builds with the individuals, from getting to know their stories to the simple joy of asking each person, “How was your weekend?” and hearing their answers. When she is not at work, Taryn loves spending time with her dog Brewtus, traveling to visit long-distance friends, and watching her friends play rugby. She also enjoys spending time with her best friend and her children, and she is always on the hunt for new local coffee shops to try.

Anthony Warner

DSP

Anthony is a 2022 graduate of Louisville High School and is currently studying Sport Business at the University of Mount Union, where he plans to graduate in 2026 with minors in Business Administration and Coaching. What he enjoys most about working at Clearview is learning what makes each person who they are and using that understanding to connect with them throughout the day. When he is not at work, he enjoys baseball, golfing, hunting, and fishing.
